Our investigators collect and verify evidence of corporate misconduct across Israel, Palestine, Europe, and North America, drawing on open-source intelligence and direct access to victims, witnesses, and corporate insiders. Each investigation is designed to meet and exceed the evidentiary standards required to litigate in the chosen forum.

We choose cases that set precedent and create material change. Working directly with affected communities, we file civil, criminal, and administrative actions against state and corporate offenders in their home jurisdictions to disrupt the structures that enable Israel’s occupation and apartheid.
